When it comes to interior design, a stunning accent mirror is a brilliant way to add texture to a space. It’s also a gorgeous way to subtly incorporate design themes such as coastal or art deco. The September edition of Maison & Objet in Paris was brimming with accent mirrors and we’re seeing increasing focus throughout the Australian industry on accent mirrors that add both depth and perception.

Need inspiration? Here are three beautiful mirrors from our 2026 exhibitors: Warranbrooke, Rachel Donath and Kate Nixon.

Warranbrooke

Established in 1974, Melbourne-based wholesaler Warranbrooke is a market leader in the wall decor and homewares industry.

Over the past four decades they have built a strong reputation for a diverse and continually expanding product range backed by excellent service. With products geared to all budgets and design directions, they are also proud to offer a range of items manufactured in Melbourne by their talented team.

We love their gorgeous range of accent mirrors, particularly the blue-tinted beauty pictured above. See Warranbrooke’s latest ranges when they exhibit at Decor + Design 2026: FRESH! at Melbourne Exhibition Centre, 15 – 17 July 2026.

Rachel Donath

Rachel Donath is a globally celebrated Australian furniture designer and collector, known for her carefully curated inventory and eponymous furniture collections.

Her brand was established in 2020, with a mixture of timeless antique and contemporary design pieces. Her discerning eye understands objects as art and creates unexpected pairing of form, tone and texture to ignite curiosity and inspire some of Australia’s most unique homes and recognised interiors.

Her practice is also underscored by sustainability and collaboration with local and globally-based craftspeople. We are delighted that Rachel will be exhibiting as part of Designer District at Decor + Design. We love the Hail Mirror with its orbit of hail stones. It will add visual texture to any interior.

Kate Nixon

With a career in interiors, food styling and writing spanning two decades, and a fifteen year tenure as Houses Editor and Interiors Editor at Australian House & Garden magazine, Kate Nixon is the founder and director of her eponymous design studio and iconic home boutique.

We are delighted that Kate Nixon will be showing her latest collections at Designer District at Decor + Design 2026. One of our favourite pieces from previous collections is the Coquina Sculptural Mirror (left) that is inspired by the shape of a sea shell. A sophisticated piece that pays homage to our beautiful land.
