NEWS: British tastemaker Abigail Ahern will be delivering a virtual International Keynote as part of  the AH&G International Seminar Series at Decor + Design 360 in September.

Decor + Design 360 is a 5-day, trade-only virtual event that will take place from Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2020.

Known for being consistently ahead of the design trail, whether she’s pioneering faux flowers or dark, inky colour palettes, Abigail’s trendsetting designs are synonymous with glamour, eclecticism and quintessential British humour. An arbiter of cool Brit girl style, her palette seamlessly fuses masculine and feminine for a hip aesthetic that creates spaces you never want to leave.

“One of the world’s most exciting designers” – W Magazine

Abigail began her career in interior design in the states, with a portfolio that spans lavish residential properties such as the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach.

Returning to London, Abigail founded her own retail business in 2003. The Abigail Ahern flagship store in Islington is one of the UK’s top design boutiques, voted one of the coolest places to shop by Elle Decoration and the Telegraph.

“A crepuscular cave of homeware wonders…each carefully curated item has style and wit in spades.” – British Vogue

Abigail has a global following thanks to her retail and product designs, best-selling books and influential blog. In the words of The Independent, “each post on the addictive blog of Abigail Ahern reads like a love letter to your home.” She has also authored three interiors books and is a regular contributor to newspapers and magazines.

She has also almost single-handedly made faux flowers and plants cool again. Her foraged take on faux botanicals uses a wild aesthetic to merge house and garden. Think trailing tendrils, native branches, heirloom blooms and woodland fronds.

“She changes the feel of a room with her knack for artful arrangements” – Gwyneth Paltrow

We are delighted that Abigail will be delivering the keynote at this year’s Decor + Design 360, a pioneering virtual event for the design trade.

Tickets and session times will be released at the end of July 2020. Register to visit the exhibition now and receive updates on Decor + Design 360.  Get ready to be inspired!
